An old-school way to make new connections (no Yente necessary).
TRAD-EGAL 20M ISO SOMEONE TO VIRTUALLY STUDY TORAH AND/OR TALMUD WITH ON SUNDAYS (EST). I’m new to study, and since I’m one of very few observant Jews in my area it’s hard to find people to intellectually engage with on halacha. Ideally looking for someone around my age, but otherwise I have no real specifications 🙂
EARLY 30s GAL WITH HAIR-PULLING DISORDER LOOKING FOR FELLOW PULLERS TO BE VIRTUAL FRIENDS. Let’s text about the trials and tribulations of trichotillomania with people who get it. Bonus points if you’re a Bravo stan!
NJG (MID-20s) IN MELBOURNE SEEKING NJB OR NJG NEARBY. I’m a lawyer and “Schitt’s Creek” enthusiast looking for a mensch to cuddle up with on Shabbat (I make a great borscht). Let’s have long, hilarious and deep conversations while we bush walk and raise lots of progressive Jewish babies together.
28 Y/O AGENDER SS/SK BAAL TESHUVAH FROM THE NORTHERN ADK. Studying in Jerusalem until May. I am open to meeting someone anywhere, but would prefer the eastern half of the US, JLM or Canada. Looking for a relationship with someone of any gender who is passionate, artistic, loves animals (V) and nature.
MELBOURNE NJB (37M) SEEKING NJG (< 39F). I’m community-oriented and looking for a life partner with intention for marriage. You value both tradition and modernity, and you’re looking for a genuine person to complement your already full-life. Let’s build a warm Jewish home together.
31 Y/O REFORM NJG IN NON-JEWISH AREA SEEKS PLATONIC ONLINE FRIENDSHIPS AND COMMUNITY. If you like nerdy things, enjoy reading and arguing about Torah and are comfortable being vulnerable, then we may have the makings of a great friendship.
Tell us who you are and what you're looking for. We'll take it from there — because everyone deserves love, community and the Jewish dog sitter of your dreams.

In 2021, Hey Alma boldly asked: What if there were a way for Jews to talk to each other more? Hey Alma Classifieds was born out of this question, with the intent of providing our online Jewish community with a slower, more intentional way of connecting with one another. Since then, our anonymous personals have helped create Shabbat dinners, Hanukkah parties, Torah study groups and mah jongg leagues all across the world. They’ve brought together Jews looking for their bashert (or something more casual), whether they’ve been a lesbian bochur ISO a dyke with Avigdor energy or a bubbe looking for her Nice Jewish Zeyde. We’ve even seen multiple engagements and weddings! But first, what are you waiting for? Go submit your classified! The Jewish life of your dreams starts here.
